Sunday 12. Walked with Chanth? to Rouen and took tram to Church of Bon Secours on hill – line wind up hill side by river – and one gets wonderful view of town and river and surrounding country.

Church stands on top of this hill overlooking town and river – Very fine early English? with beautiful stained glass windows and roof.

Outside the church on the edge of the hill in a cemetery is a large statue of Jean d’Arc.
